Yes, the one who created Middle-Earth and Lord of the Rings, along with creating the Elven Language. We need to thank him with comments. If it were not for him, we would not have MEO, would not have the LOTR movies, and PJ would not have been so popular.

Yeah, thats basicly what it is, a history of how middle-earth started and such, learned quite a bit, but sometimes it bored me, because like you said its not really a story

It is a bit boring and a little confusing at the start but as it goes on it gets very good. It is more of a history realy but is still very interesting

Yes i do agree. There will never be a author like him again. ;D The lord of the rings books will always be the best. It is a shame it all has to end. I have had many a great time reading all of Tolkiens books ;D They are unbeatable.

Yes, but its not all over, many people say that because now the film is over, but there was always the books to read its just now the films have been and gone everybody thinks the whole Lord of the Rings thing has passed. But in fact, it still here as it always was.
Besides, theres always the DVD's to watch over...and over...and over again. ;D

Very good point. (Why didn`t i think of that. ) The books will always be here do give us our LOTR. And the DVDs will always be there to entertain us. I can only hope that the LOTR era NEVER ends.
