Age (Don't lie, we accept people of all ages..)

Real name (First is fine)

In game name (If you're not sure, say you're not sure) (Need an in-game name, visit here)

MEO forum name (If it's different from the forum name in here, which it shouldn't be)

Gender (Simple enough, no?)

Where you live (Country is fine)

Why you want to join our kinship (Please, not "Because Elves are the coolest!" or "Because you guys seem cool!" Something with meaning to us..)

A brief description of your in-game character (As in how they came upon Fangorn, how they met us, short description of their history, etc. Something that makes sense as to why they're in Fangorn with us, in a kinship with us.)
