(heading to lothlorien) Elesar walked at the front of the party. He estimated that the journey would take about 5 days with rests included. They had been walking for about 12 hours now, and they were nearing the borders of fangorn which faced the fields leading to Lothlorien. He could make out the Misty mountains far into the West. "We shall make camp here for the night" He said. And with that began to unpack his tent from his backpack.

(Back at camp) "OK, now I'd better keep working." With that he went about the camp, strengthening any walls that seemed a bit loose and making sure all knots and ropes were tight until he got too weary and went to bed in the sturdy hut.
((OOC: And with that, I bid you goodnight.))

(OOC: Elves do not sleep do they? They go in a trance like frame of mind, like 'meditating'.)
"Yes we should stop here, for travelling in the dark is the worst thing to do." Elkith sat down and took out some Lembas bread and snapped the corner off. "I hope we do not confront any enemies, for my blade needs to be sharpened." He continued eating.

"No we will not confront any enemies in Fangorn" said Elesar, "The orcs have suffered a huge defeat at the hands of the ents, i do not think they will be setting foot in here for a while. It is the plains we must cross leading to Lothlorien i am worried about, i saw lone warg scouts there, probably waiting to send word for backup if they see anything." And with that Elesar went into his tent and was not seen until the morning.

The next morning Iaryave was walking in the woods and saw some tents. He climbed up the tree and scouted on them. After a long spying some elves walked outside and they looked fine rested and packed to go further. They started to move. Iaryave still was fallowing them so quietly that noone heard him. The suddenly there was a loud noise incoming there were orc's attacking they taked out their boes and swords they fighted marvelous and then one f the elves didnt see that there was an orc incoming at the back of him. He was fighting with an orc in front of him. Then the orc lifted his sword and was rready to cut his neck but Iaryave saw that and was fast enough to shoot him with his arrow before he did that. The Elf turned around and saw an orc shot with an arrow in his head. The fight was over there were no loses. And the Elf who was saved from the orc asked to his group - who saved me? no one was behind me. No one answered. We dont know - said one elf with an sword. Then the elf said were not alone. Search this place. Iaryave heard that an luckily he knew these woods and knowed where to run. they heard a fallen branch from the trees and the saved elf yelled stop. Dont run we wont kill you i want to thank you for saving my life. So Iaryave turned around and went to the group. He walked out of the woods and said - no need to thank me i just helped my brother elves. The saved elf told that his name was Imbeglín Oronrá and he with his group are going to Lothlorien. Then Iaryave told his name and he knows a faster way to lothlorien and that they are going towards a new orc camp.

(Back at the camp) Imbeglin had been setting up another hut and strengthening the guard tower with ten other elves until he thought to himself, "What we need is a ground-floor guard post that hides in with the foliage about us." And so he left the other elves to the hut and started digging the ground up in the bushes to make it ready for a new guard post.

(Hey Iaryave, first of all, i just said that there was no orcs in fangorn and there was no orc camps as the ents had sorted them out. And second of all, Imbeglin is not even heading to Lothlorien, he is back at base. I think that you should mofify your post and say that you arrieved at the base as Turgon, Elkith and I must do this alone.) (on the way to Lothlorien) The party had been walking for about 24 hours now, but they did not want to stop just yet. They were very near the borders of fangorn and Elesar decided that the group should rest on the outskirts of Fangorn that night, as it would be their only shelter until they reached Lorien as they would be walking across plains.

(Meanwhile back at the camp) Findecáno collapsed on the grassy floor and gave him self a well earned rest, he was very tired as all day he had been building a great feast hall, but, as always with Findecáno, he had aimed to high and planed a grand vast hall and he realised this would take alot of work and he was the only one doing it. He looked around the large clearing at the other elves, some were in there tents snoring and the other few were sitting at a camp fire singing, laughing and telling tales of their past. One elf noticed him looking and hailed him over to the group and he sat next to the fire and lisened to the songs and storys with awe. "What about you" an elf said to Findecáno, "Me, nah I couldn't, I wouldn't know where to begin." Findecáno reply "Begin at the begining, where your life had it's first majour turning point" the elf said. Findecáno cast his mind back, back to his little villiage where he grew up with his foster parents, back to the day the orcs came. (OCC: if you have not read my history you should you understand the small part above and the song, it's in Kinship chat, and character history, just scroll down)

Whilst all this had been happening Imbeglin had been carrying on with his guard post, he kept checking and re-checking it until he felt it was quite secure from attack from any direction. When he was quite satisfied with the work he had done he went over to the fire and joined in with the singing.

Findecáno's song (Invaders by Iron Maiden, some words changed to fit)
Orcs have been sighted the evidence of war has begun Many brave fighting elves their swords and shields all gleam in the sun Call to arms defend yourselves get ready to stand and fight for your lives Judgement day has come around so be prepared don't run stand your ground
They're coming in from the forest they've come the enemy beneath the blazing sun the battle has to be won Invaders ... Pillaging Invaders ... Looting
Set ablaze the campfires alert the other men from inland Warning must be given there's not enough men here for a stand The orcs are too many much too powerful to take on our own We must have reinforcements we cannot fight this battle alone
They're coming over the hill they've come to attack they're coming in for the kill there's no turning back Invaders ... Fighting Invaders ... Marauding
Axes grind and maces clash as wounded fighters fall to the ground Severed limbs and fatal woundings bloody corpses lay all around The smell of death and burning flesh the battle weary fight to the end The orcs have been overpowered victims of the mighty elves
You'd better scatter and run the orcs battle's lost and not won you'd better get away to fight another day Invaders ... Fleeing Invaders ... Dying
(OCC: as I said before this is not a song i have come up with it is an Iron Maiden song called Invaders about the vikings invading britain, but i have changed it to the orcs invading the villiage where my character grew up)

Elkith awoke the next day to find a nice wet morning, the tree leaves full of dew and the grass moist. Looking North out of Fangorn, a large clump of trees could be seen. It was Lothlorien, The Golden Wood. Elkith packed his things and began to wonde down onto the plains. The Brown Lands could be seen past the Limlight River. Elkith seems tense as he left the dark wood, it was the first time he had seen a clear sky in awhile and was anxious of the Suns hot gaze.

"I think we have another day and a half ahead of us" said Elesar, "We shall be there soon" And with that, the party were well on their way acroos the plains leading to Lothlorien. Elesar looked across the misty mountains to the West and shivered. He could sense an evil presence there and began to walk a bit faster towards to Golden Forest.

The party had just reached the borders of the forest, and they decided to camp there for the night. It would take them about 4 hours to reach Calas Galathorn where Celeborn and Galadriel dwelt. That is who they were going to speak to about their supply issues. But for then the elves unpacked their tents and slept until sunrise.

The group of three slowly advanced on Lorien. Finally after a long journey they reached Calas-Galathorn the beautiful City of the Woodelves. As they approached closer into the city an Elf stopped them and said, "Ah, Mae Govannen! You must be travellers from the South. From Fangorn I believe?" Elkith looked at the Elf, "Yes we are, we have come to restock in supplies and rest from the journey getting here." "I hope you did not come to much trouble," He said walking with them into the city.
