Valandil ran to Amras calling Coroak as he ran. The wolf came to his side as more orcs flooded into their position. Another scout group... "We must defend Amras" He said to his canine friend, and the wolf understood perfectly. A group of orcs rushed in at them then, and Coroak launched himself, claws raking all the while, taking out two of them. As the orcs got closer Valandil's scimitars flashed once, twice, and a third time, though just a blur of red and blue light to any watching, and one of the remaining two fell without a chance to parry. The other fled in terror...

While his friends were in Peril, Elesar was having quite a nice time. He had just arrived at the woods of Lothlorien and was deep in conversation with Haldir about the goblins getting more brave and venturing down to LothLorien under the cover of night. Haldir's elves had killed several goblin scout parties just this week. But after Elesar had finished talking to Haldir he asked permission to visit Galadriel and Celeborn and tell them of how well the camp was doing. His permission was granted and he went up the wooden steps to their abode.

An orc rushed up from behind Amras, blade raised, and surely would have killed him. A silver streaking form came on though, as Coroak hit the thing in full flight. Valandil was glad he had brought the wolf today. He turned back to catch a blade with one of his scimitars, and he was thrown off balance. He recovered quickly though, and he moved towards his enemy, smacking his blade this way and that, until he had stung the things hand enough and it dropped the blade. The orc fell to the ground, and a few feet away was its' severed head. They could not keep this up for much longer, the three elves were outnumbered by too much, how much longer must Amras need.

The swirls stopped. And Amras stuck his staff in the ground. All the orcs fell down. Dead.
There may be more. Bbut Amras had not the time. Hegot on Grace, and rode. He didn't know when he would come back to his friends if ever. bUut he had some unfinished business.

Amras had indeed killed the 30 or so orcs left in their immediate position. But the wargs were still coming and would be here soon. The woods were not so thick here, and they could come through. Amras rode off and Valandil yelled after him, but he did not hear. He then ran to Elrohir, sitting atop his horse. "Elrohir! Wargs are still coming this way. What are your orders?" He glanced towards the advancing wargs. "I will gladly stay and defend this area. There are not so many." Valandil said amusingly as he flashed a daring smile...

Elesar had just finished his meeting with Galadriel and celeborn to tell them of how well the elven warriors of fangorn were doing. He had forgotten how fair the lady of Lorien was, and as most elves did when they left Lorien, he was smiling and jolly. He set off towards the mountain paths of Cahadras

The wargs broke through the trees. There were more than expected. 10+. At that moment, Elrohir and Valandil drew there swords. As the wargs broke through the trees, here was Amras and 5 other Elves on horses smashed into the side of them.
Amras drew his sword and killed 2 orcs, and the wargs went wild. He killed one with a fire ball from his staff. But the other was taken down by Valandils wolf friend.
Bbut the Elves were still out numbered!

Elesar had to leave his horse Nalama at Lothlorien. The freezing conditions of the mountain paths of Cahadras would have killed the beast for sure. Elves however do not feel the cold so Elesar happily strode through the snow with just his leather armour on and tunic. For a human this would have been an expedition, but for Elesar it was a stroll in the park.

A warg dove at Valandil, and the young elf went into a roll, scimitars sticking up above him. They drove through the beasts belly and cut a deep line through to come out the back. It fell to the ground crushing the orc atop it. Valandil looked to Elrohir and saw the elf finishing his own warg. There were only 8 or 9 wargs left, and only 5 of them had orcs. This battle may yet be won Valandil thought to himself. Those thoughts quickly flew from his head though as an unseen warg rushed up from behind and tackled him. Valandil tried to scramble away but was pinned, back on the ground staring into this hungry warg's eyes...

Amras saw Valandils trouble. He shot a fire ball, but to no avail. "What magic is this?" he said. He lept with all his might and landed just short of the Warg. He got up and rugby tackled the Warg. He fought with it for a while, and broke its neck with his bare hands.
He helped Valandil up, and the battle continued.

Elesar had just came down from the path of Cahadras and the Misty Mountains and stopped at the ford of Rivendell. It was not far now till he reached Elronds Home and he could rest their for awhile and borrow a horse for the remaining journey. He had a drink from the ford and set off following the river closely so he didnt stray from his path.

Valandil's enchanted scimitars kept the warg at bay, its snapping maw far from his body. His right blade glew a fierce red and a fire grew in Valandil's eyes. He came on then, with a flurry of daring feints and attacks, but was too fast for his enemy to attack any of his obvious openings. He struck a minor hit, distracting the thing, which gave him enough time to slice the things throat, and it tumbled to the ground. He saw Coroak finsih off another warg, but his friend was badly injured. No matter though, the wolf had magic in him, and would be healed after a little rest. There we still a few wargs left, Valandil noticed, and he stalked off towards his next opponent, swords dripping blood...

Elesar arrived at the Home of Lord Elrond of Rivendell. His journey along the river had been most enjoyable and he loved being out in the open fresh air. He was directed to Elrond's place of council and sat down on a golden cushioned chair and waited for Elrond to speak with him.

Elrohir hefted his sword up once more and slashed down with surprising strength. But he knew that he was getting weaker and weaker by the minute. His strength seemed to be drifting away, along with the souls of the wargs and orcs that he slew. Suddenly, his body lurched forth, propelled by an invisible attacker. His heart and lungs blazed as he hit the floor, and his weapons fell to the ground some yards away. He turned around and saw an ugly uruk hai captain with a wicked grin spread across his face holding a bow and taking another arrow from its quiver. The first arrow wound blazed like an amazing fire in Elrohirs back and he was incapacitated by it. "This must be some wicked poison" he thought to himself, and he was right. Before he could finish this thought, another arrow struck his hips and he jerked violently and his mouth began to froth. He rolled over onto his back and caught another glimpse of the orc captain loading yet another arrow into his bow. "This is it" Elrohir thought, he would not withstand another one of those foul arrows. It was all over for him. The uruk fired to final arrow and the sound of the string send a shiver down Elrohirs back. The arrow struck him beneath the ribs and he fell silent and dead.

((ooc:come on people we really need to get this battle over where Elrohir just died, its dragging on a bit now))
Elesar, having just spoken with the great elf Lord Elrond of rivendell, had successfully aquired a horse and some supplies such a Lembas. He was close now to his destination and he decided he would travel to Bree, rest there then set off on the final stretch back home to the lovely forest of Fangorn.
