When I get enough money, I will probably will get myself a house in Rivendell. If ya’ll want, we could use it for a safe house for anyone who is traveling in the area.

Well ive often said that if a member wants to buy is individual house, then other kinship members must be allowed access to it and allowed to use it as a safe house or checkpoint when they're on their travels.

P.S. as a city i also count Rivendell , Lothlorien , Mirkwood and other that kind of a places.

We will be allowed one kinship house, hopefully in Fangorn, but we will be allowed to buy smaller houses across middle earth, including Rivendell and the shire.

It would be nice if we could have a house that belongs to a kinship member in each major area. That way if a group of players are operating in the country side they will have a rest point and a place to drop the loot. That way we won’t have to waist money on inns if we stick around for a prolonged time

Maybe we could compile a list of all the houses kinships players will own. If the kinship will be using the houses, could the kinship help a little with the expenses, not to own the houses, just help a little with the upkeep?

Wel;l if you have a personal house then you shopuld pay for the upkeep yourself which wont be too hard. But it is a good idea having them across middle earth as ive said before. But you need to give other members rights in your house so they can actually get inside.

otherwise it will be no use of those houses around middle earth. Am i right? Or am i wrong? But in the begining we will need to make our enchampment in fangorn and then lets just make houses somewhere away from the fangorn forest.
