Fëanáro turned quickly, too quickly, and fell off his horse he lay on the ground as he saw the group of orcs jump from the bush, he got up and began to draw his sword and an arrow flew past his neck, he drew his bow instead, lined up 4 arrows and let rip, each hitting an orc, he drew his sword an ran towards the orcs...

Galdor leaped off of his horse and quickly followed after Fëanáro, also drawing his sword. Five orcs broke from the main group and charged him. Galdor drew one of his throwing knives and with a deadly aim, caught the lead orc in his throat. Galdor switched to a two handed sword form just as surviving orcs came within striking distance...

Fëanáro was slashing and stabbing in all directions so quickly his sword was only just visable, the orcs all around crowded him, and one caught him in the back of the shoulder with a blade, Fëanáro fell to his knee only to rise again, stronger and faster, his fighting was so graceful, the orcs didn't stand a change, Fëanáro finished, blade clasped in two hands level with his eyes, the flames and fire in his eyes reflecting onto his blade, he sheathed his sword and went back to his horse, he had made a decision, he was going back to Fangorn, he looked back at the others and smiled, he would go to Rivendell but not now, they would need him in the future....

The others rode hard. They didn`t look back. Still ever watchful. They were reaching Rivendell. They losened their swords and bows. They were now ready for anything.

As they approached Rivendell, smoke was visible over the valley. The foul orcs had set fire to some of the woods covering Rivendell. They rode in down a hidden path known only to the few who lived in Imladris, and the Dunedain. Rivendell itself was still intact, but on the western slopes, great areas of forests were blackened. Seeing Lord Elrond, Mithraeyn led the group to him. Jumping off his horse, Amras bowed to his lord. "Sir, where are we needed?" Elrond pointed west, "To the Western Pass. Glorfindel is trying to hold it with his forty, but having your group reinforcing his will be better."

Camathar was with Glorfindel in the western pass when the others arrived, and they were under heavy attack. Camathar notched another arrow, and fired, hitting his target yet again, but he was almost out of arrows... Seeing more of his kin coming into the pass lifted his heart, for they needed as much help as possible. He fired another arrow, hitting an orc but not killing it, but another arrow from someone else soon hit the foul thing, killing it...

Amras Seregon quickly jumped of his horse. He ran towards a large band of orcs. Galdor was close behind fireing arrows. Amras drew his 2 large curved blades. He sliced orc after orc. But then suddenly an orc arrow got him in the shoulder. But he bravely carried on fighting along side his kinsmen.
He then turned and sliced an orc head. He then saw an orc arrow coming right at him!

Galdor saw the arrow that was flying at his injured friend. He pushed Amras out of the darts path. The arrow grazed Galdor’s forehead, causing a flare of pain. Hoping the arrow wasn’t poisoned, Galdor shunted the pain away as he slowly advanced to the enemy. Five steps, five arrows, five dead orcs. Galdor was just notching another arrow when he saw a great troll coming twords him and Amras...

((ooc: I've changed my character's name as there seems to be another Amras in this RP and I want to avoid confusion. Mithraeyn is still the messenger Elf from Rivendell who goes to Mirkwood for aid))
Mithraeyn released his arrows, dropping two orcs charging up the pass. He was nocking another arrow into his bow when a cave troll suddenly appeared and made for two of his companions from Mirkwood. Aiming carefully, he fired his arrow into the troll's eye. The troll reared up in pain, and identifying the source of its annoyance, charged at Mithraeyn. Mithraeyn pushed his horse into a gallop and rode at the troll, firing arrows desperately at the monsterousity. They hit, but the arrows never seemed to penetrate the troll's thick hide. The troll smashed at him with it's club, but Mithraeyn weaved through it and the troll's legs. Passing it, he drew rein and turned around, charging back. As the troll stood there, confused, Mithraeyn stood up on his horse and, as he drew near on the troll, lept. He landed on the troll's back and drew his sword. Climbing deftly up to the troll's head, he slashed repeated at it. The troll roared out in pain and began to thrash around. Mithraeyn was nigh on piercing it's skull when an arrow hit him in the side and he tumbled off the troll, falling into darkness.........

Amras took the arrow out of his shoulder and notched it on his bow. He fired it at the troll and pierced its throat, killing it. He then went over to Mithraeyn and felt his fore head. He called a rivendell elf over. "Take him to lord Elrond he is greatly wounded" But then he saw it. A great catapult guarded by 3 heavily armoured mordor trolls. He saw elf after elf fall in the Trolls path. Amras got two arrows between his fingers and fired. But they just bounced off the armour. Seeing a group of 50 orcs charging at him, him and Galdor charged back at them to give Mithraeyn a chance. Amras said to Galdor, " It will be a pleasure to draw my sword and die along side you" and then they charged.

Fëanáro rode as hard and as fast as he could upon his new horse, a jet black stallion, he rode into Rivendell and stopped behind Amras and Galdor, he dismounted and his horse ran back the way it just came, he would find it later, "I think we're in a bit of trouble" Fëanáro said "Where is Glorfindel and his group and please don't tell me thats most of them lying on the ground." Fëanáro drew his bow and tried a shot, it bounced straight off of the trolls armour "Ahh that doesn't help the matter." He drew his newly crafted curved long swords, ready for battle, not ready for 3 trolls in armour but he was as ready as he was ever going to be.

Galdor looked at the three trolls, and said, “Wether we see the morning, or wake in the Halls of Mandos, it is a pleasure to fight at your side. Elberith! Glithoniel!” With his war cry, Galdor rushed at the trolls. At fifty paces, Galdor paused long enough to shoot at one of the trolls. The arrow hit it’s eye, but the troll did not die. Instead the dreadful beast thrashed about in agony, crushing orcs beneath his feet. It was finally brought down by the orc seamen, the troll groaned one last time and fell silent...

"No my Friends, you stand no chance!" Camathar screamed after Galdor and Amras, however his attention was soon turned away from them as an orc came in at his left. Camathar turned and fired killing it. As he turned back he saw the two elves did not stop running, 'They must have lost their minds' he mumbled to himself as he started off running, bow in hand, towards them. He was fast, but he doubted he could catch the two in time. "Stop! Stop! We need not two more dead, this place is littered with our kin's bodies already!" Camathar found enough strength in him to pick up his speed, firing a few arrows at orc archers taking aim. The two elves were fast approaching the trolls, and worse yet, the trolls were moving towards them...

They charged. They did not see Camathar running behind them. A small bunch of orcs jumped out and attacked. Galdor let out and amazing flurry of attacks. They were there. Galdor was slicing at 1 trolls leg. Amras was on another trolls back. Then the third troll swung his spear. It hit Amras dead on. He saw himself land on the catapult. Then it was dark.
