Darkness....ever incompassing. He tried to fight through it, but to no avail... Mithraeyn awoke in a sunlit room, furnished in Elven way. Was he in Rivendell, or the Halls of Mandos? He tried to sit up, but a sharp pain on his bandaged side left him gasping in agony. How had that happened? Then he remembered the battle, and the troll. Mithraeyn sighed, knowing he'd probably not get back to the battle soon. But he remembered, so many of his kin, lying dead when they should have had many more millenia of life. So many dead, by those hateful orcs. A low growl of rage escaped Mithraeyn's throat. He struggled up again, fighting through the pain, for he was needed. At the Pass. With his kin.

Amras woke up. He was still on the catapult surrounded by battle. He saw the orcs cranking the catapult. Seizing his chance he cut the wire just in time. But it back fired. The catapult fell to bits and a bit of the wood went through his left foot, pinning him to the floor. He couldnt free himself and there was a large band of orcs and the 3 mordor trolls coming right at him. He could not feel his left arm from the trolls hit. He guessed it was broken. He said to himself "My end has come"

Galdor’s war fury passed away when he saw Amras laying in the ground. Galdor felt pain rack his body with every breath he took. Guessing that at least one of his ribs was broken by one of the trolls. Regret rose in mind, how many elves have died because of his rashness this night? How many will never see middle earth again? Galdor will never repay the loss, but perhaps he can make the debt a little less. Galdor fought through the orcs standing between him and trolls who were moving twords Amras. At last he came to one of the Mordor trolls. Moving quickly despite his broken ribs, Galdor slashed at his enemy. One of his attacks had cut part of the armor of the troll’s body. A rain of arrows from behind Galdor brought the great beast down. The two remaining trolls stopped their advance twords Amras and started moving slowly to this more threating opposition. Glador took his chance, and unpinned Amras and dragged him to the elven lines. Galdor believed that now his left leg was broken, and perhaps his arm also. He was three fourths of the way there when he collapsed out of pain. But before darkness took him completely, Galdor thought he felt himself being lifted up

It was Amras. He had rose to his feet and was limping over to an Elf. "Sort him out. He needs great treatment". Then he whispered "I don`t think he will make it. Make him as comftorble as possible" With that Amras rushed back to the front line. His left arm was now blue and searing with pain. He had lost one of his precious swords and his fathers armour was cracked. He cut down orc after orc with his fellow Elf men. But he doubted it would help. Then be got to the Mordor trolls. He shot one in the throat and then sliced its leg to bits. Then it was the second ones turn. He turned round to see it swinging at him. Then a hail of 1000 arrows completely shred the troll despite the armour. He turned round to see lord Elrond and 100 Elves enter the battle. "Hope at last" Amras said to himself.

Camathar had seen there was no hope of catching the two so he stopped and took cover behind a tree. He loosed a few arrows at the trolls but to no avail, they did nothing. By this time Galdor was already carrying them, and he thought he could give them some time. He fired his last few arrows towards some approaching enemies. This was when he saw Elrond and the others approaching. "We may be saved after all" Camathar said, but then he saw Amras, and a troll was coming from up behind him. Camathar sped off, throwing a small dagger at the troll as to distract it. It worked, although only for a second, but that was all he needed. Camathar dove in tackling Amras right before the troll crushed him, then he rolled back to his feet and carried the injured elf back to Elrond's forces

Amras said to Camathar"I can fight" Then he got of of Camathar`s shoulders and rallied a group of 27 elfs. He ranked them up and drew his bow. He tried to move his left arm but to no avail. He and Elronds Elves charged at the horde of orcs. He killed orc after orc. But after he had sliced an orcs stomach open he felt a searing pain in his stomach...

Galdor in a comfortable bed. He started to wonder if he was dead, then the pain hit him. The agony assured him that he was alive. Galdor struggled to sit up when a young elven girl that he didn’t notice pushed him back. She said “You are badly hurt, my lord. You can not get up.” Galdor look at the girl, and laid back down. If he can not leave now, then he will wait till she is busy elsewhere.

The enemy seemed to have an endless supply of foul orcs, for every one they killed, two more popped up to meet the elves. Camathar was in a battle with three orcs when it happened. Another catapult, somewhere deeper in the woods, beyond there position, fired and it hit its target, more or less, instantly killing over 10 of the charging elves. He slashed one of the orcs throats with one blade, and the other went into the gut of another. He drew a small dagger from his boot, knocked the third orc to the ground, and stabbed it with his dagger a few times. When he looked over his shoulder he saw one of his fellow elves get cut down by more orcs. They had a little over 80 elves total left now, yet more and more orcs were appearing. They were losing this battle, and fast

Galdor laid in a feverish dream, dreaming of his childhood years where he would run fearlessly through the Forrest. In this dream Galdor thought it was odd that he would here horns of battle. With a start Galdor woke up, there were horns blowing out in the woods. But for the life of him he couldn’t remember why that was important. The only thought that he had was ‘Is it ours, or is it theirs?’ even though he didn’t recall who ‘we’ and ‘they’ were.

After the pain Amras remembered nothing. He went into darkness. The next thing he knew was that he was in Rivendells halls of healing. He was laying on a comfortable bed. He was topless. His left arm was in a sling and he had a bandage across his middle and foot. He looked around. The was many Elves laying around him. He looked to his right. There was all of his equipment. He looked to his left. There was a beutiful Elf maiden bathing his head. He was instantly attracted to her. "What is your name o, Beutiful Elf maiden and how does the battle fair?"

Mithraeyn found his armor and weapons laid out on a chair next to his bed. He put them on slowly, making sure nothing was broken. Mithraeyn slung his bow and what remained of a quiver onto his back, and sheathed his bloodied sword. Limping to his door, he opened it and began to walk slowly down the silent hall way back to the stables. As he passed one door, a disturbance inside alerted Mithraeyn. He opened the door, and looked inside. On the bed was one of his companions from Mirkwood, lying in a feverish dream. The sound of horns lifted Mithraeyn's head toward the small window. The other Elf woke up. Mithraeyn stepped in and approached the Elf slowly, "Hail...I see you were injured also." Seeing the Elf's confusion, Mithraeyn extended his hand, "Ah, I don't believe we're introduced. I am called Mithraeyn. I was the one who came to Mirkwood looking for aid for the defense of Rivendell. Upon that, we are now far removed."

((OOC: ok im not picking or anything, but howd you know my characters name, as he has been in rivendell the whole time and never met you, and also when i said we were closed in with orcs circled all around us, that means its dangerous and you dont just coming walking in, lol. Ill give you the fooling around i guess cause that might be your chars. personality, but when theres so much death and everything going on, I highly doubt a normal elf would be laughing and such... ehem))
"We are not enough Lord Elrond" Camathar spoke to Elrond when they had found a little time in between battles "We have to retreat and regroup" he sounded desperate, "No! we cannot retreat, aid will come" Elrond said, and as if in answer a barrage of arrows came flying into a group of orcs near by, Camathar wheeled around at the sound of an elven battle horn and saw some reinforcements charging in. They fought to gain a section of the ever closing orc circle. All the elves left ran to them to reinforce the line. They stood a chance now, as they were over 150 strong...

When the Elf maiden wasn`t looking, he ripped the bandage off of his leg. He then struggled to his feet. He put on his armour and sheathed his sword. He was limping out of the door when the Elf maiden tried to stop him. "No, i must do this. I will help my kin". And with that he left the room. His left arm was unmoveable. But in a sling it was more comfortable. He did not care about the pain in his shoulder and stomach. They were minor. He limped to a horse and rode it to the battle. He was certain he was riding to his death.
