I meant use them for defensive reasons. I've never seen a castle in a forest.

But i dont think siege aquipment would be very useful for protecting ourselves, especially if we are in a forest...

Yes, but that was to defend a very big castle. I doubt we will have our own castle.

We can still talk about what weapons we think and want to be in the game. I would love to see trebuchets (sp?) But i would like to see if any of you have an idea about magic weapons. Seeing as that will be my main class (  ) |

I think our kinship house will be more like a meeting point than a seige worthy castle fortress.

Hmmmmmm that would look good. We elves need to give an impression we dont like fortresses and boundaries so our kinship house should not be a big castle.

Yep.
Also, i wonder if we will be able to cast any type of shield around our base? I mean, mabye it could be like a kinship bonus, is enough member are in the kinship and all of them are elves, there could be an option of creating a shield around our domain. Mabye not a shield that stops people coming through, but one that alerts us of their presence so we can message them asking what they are doing there.
Just a thought.

You cant destroy houses on MEO anyway so there wouldnt be much point.

not if the door is locked and they cant get in. Like on most MMORPG's houses can be locked by the owner or people who have rights given to them by the owner. Im sure all members of the kinship will have rights in the house.
