Thanks Elrohir. I would like to see many different styles of weapons armour e.t.c.
But i think that would be kinda cool.

Yeah having different styles of mabye even the same armour/weapon for each race would be very cool.
Like, for a hobbit you could have a quite light cheery type of armour and for an elf you could have an extravagantly decorated armour.

Yes that would be excellent. ;D
We`ll just have to wait and see if they do that in the game. But i for one would like to see that.

Im not sure though, a hobbit in full plate armour would look quite silly, i think their best suited to light armour such as mithril etc.

lol, I dont know if a hobbit is really suited for mithril, seeing as mithril is extremely rare, i think barely anyone is suited for mithril armour, lol, and hobbits least of all, seeing as they need a special size to fit them, dwarves would probably be most common wearing mithril armour, if you get what im saying

Yeah, good point. I dont think that the Hobbits would really be seen in battle that much unless it was forced on them.
But all races would probably have a style and some sort of armour.

Well, that's probably very likely. Every race going around wearing the same stuff and looking the same would be very strange indeed. For example, in Gondor, they have their two ways of armor, the Ranger type of clothing, like with Faramir's troops, and the standard plate and shield with that nice looking White Tree and the Seven Stars above it. So there's obviously going to be differences. But the Elves don't wear extravagantly decorated armor. They're elegant and graceful, but by no means extravagant. That's what Theoden King's armor is at Helm's Deep. (this is all taken based on the movies, sorry)

Yeah i do suppose that is true. I would like my armour to be similar to the one that the elves wore at the battle of the last alliance.
I also liked the armour in the film. My fave was the Gondor mens armour. It was cool.

With the plates and the White Tree? Yeah, that's not too bad. But what doesn't make sense is how the men of Gondor, in that armor, die from one slash of an orc sword and it doesn't even look like the sword penetrated the armor

I know. I never really noticed that untill i read this. How good it penatrate that. It would have had to been a really hard slash. But they didn`t look like they were that strong. Very odd

Also with the Elves, at Helm's Deep. When the orcs climbed their siege ladders and got on the Deeping Wall, I remembered one just slashed horizontally and two Elves spun around and died. And somehow, an Elf gets himself stuck on an uruk-hai pike when they charge them.

For both of them i can only think that they got hit in a weak spot. These are good points Elenar. Strange

Besides, no self-respecting Elf warrior would just go ahead and stick himself on a spear. And the Elves waited until the Uruks jumped down on the Deeping Wall before they attacked. The Elves should have killed the orcs while they climbed the siege ladders, in the throat. Is this PJ's fault?

Yeah course its his fault! Elves don't die THAT easily! I mean OK it's just a movie but you can only take it so far.
